1.       AGM for the 2012 Season

a.       Date:-                   Wednesday 29^th February

b.      Location :-           DINGLEY BASEBALL and SOFTBALL CLUBROOMS

c.       TIME:-                   8pm

 

2.       Attached is the DBA Committee Nomination Form (DBA Committee Nomination Form.pdf)

a.       Nominations can be returned via email to this address ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or produced on the night of the AGM. All electronic nominations to be return by 21^st Feb 2012

 

3.       MOTION to be heard at AGM

a.       Changes to the Articles of Incorporation

                                                               i.      Please see attached changes à Amended Copy of Articles of Incorporation.pdf

 

4.       2012 Senior Winter Season format will exactly the same as the 2011 Winter Season         

a.       A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, B3, Women’s

 

5.       2012 Junior Winter Season format will be as follows        

a.       Under 17             Game Time  8:45am  for 100 minutes with 5 minute Rule

b.      Under 15             Game Time  8:45am  for 100 minutes with 5 minute Rule

c.       Under 13             Game Time  8:45am  for 100 minutes with 5 minute Rule

d.      Aussie Tball / Rally Cap   : -- To Be Confirmed

 

6.       First Game of the 2012 Winter Season

a.       Seniors à           21^st/22^nd April 2012  for 18 Rounds

b.      Women’s à      21^st/22^nd April 2012  dependant on the Number of Teams Entered

c.       Juniors à            21^st/22^nd April 2012 for 12 Rounds.  Further information in relation to Juniors will be communicated at a later date

 

7.       Senior Finals Series

a.       Semi Finals                          -              1^st / 2^nd September 2012              

b.      Preliminary Finals             -              8^th / 9^th September 2012               

c.       Grand Finals                       -              15^th / 16^th September 2012          

 

8.       State Junior Winter Championship Dates and Locations

a.       Little League (Under 12)               -              4^th / 5^th August 2012        Venue :-  TBC

b.      Under 14’s                                          -              30^th June / 1^st July 2012 Venue :-  TBC

c.       Under 16’s                                          -              4^th / 5^th August 2012        Venue :-  Wangaratta

d.      Under 18’s                                          -              7^th / 8^th July 2012               Venue :-  TBC

 

9.       State Senior Winter Championships

a.       Queens Birthday Weekend  9^th to 11^th June   Venue:-  To Be Confirmed
